Either a Facetime or Skype account. Space enough for your video to stream full length of a yoga mat.
With private sessions, you can truly feel what its like to have a class completely custom to your needs. Nathan will also encourage self study and practice so that you can continue the journey without external guidance. This approach is great for beginner and advanced practitioners. If you are having chronic pain or physically challenged, this is a great way to practice safely. Athletes in training or recovering from an injury can also benefit from Nathan’s non-aggressive and specific approach.
