Parents, come lean hands on strategies to slow down and maintain healthy bodies for your active children. We will learn techniques to self regulate and manual work that is specific to your child’s needs. Great for any developing child or parent. Great for performance in athletes.

This class is for parents/guardians and their children.
Inspired by our daughter and her commitment to sports. We teach her the importance of recovery and self care and want to share these practices with our community.
In this class parents/guardians will learn to give one on one massage/bodywork to their child. This class focuses on the specific needs of student athletes. Including; massage techniques for areas of fatigue and soreness, breathing techniques to support the nervous system, and movement practices for injury prevention.
Details: Classes meet the last Friday of each Month. 7pm-8:30pm (90min) $75 per group (One parent and One Child)
Note: All work is done fully clothed. Wear athletic/yoga clothes. Bring Yoga Mat, Blanket, and Pillow.
